Healthy Turkey Burgers

Happy Thursday! One of my co-workers wanted me to share this recipe. I’m going to try it this week-end. Thanks, Meghan can’t wait to try it!

Serves 6, Preparation Time: 10 minutes


1 package lean ground turkey
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 tbsp dried dill
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 egg
1 cup raw rolled oats


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Shape into burger patties. Cook in a frying pan (with a little cooking spray or vegetable oil) about 4 minutes per side. Or cook on your barbeque, medium heat until center is cooked through and white.

Serve on a whole wheat bun with your favorite toppings OR (if you’re watching your carbs) serve on top of a green salad.
