It’s the last day of February…….

What a fast month it has been and now we begin the month of March. Hopefully the weather will be getting better so we can enjoy the outdoors.

But for now we need to embrace the cold winter weather for what it’s worth. One complaint many of us have this season is dry, cracked skin, and sometimes lotion just isn’t enough. But remember certain foods can help our skin stay hydrated.

• Water
• Salmon, walnuts and flax
• Avocado
• Sweet potatoes and carrots
• Cucumbers and green beans

Remember by eating these foods you can moisture your skin from within.
