Why not make drinking water fun! Many of us have a hard time drinking water but if you were to add fruit, vegetables or herbs you may just be more interested in getting in that H2O. It only takes a few minutes to turn a jug full of water into something much more exciting. Infused water is convenient, delicious, there are simple combinations and it helps you stay hydrated easily.

My personal favorite is cucumber water it is so refreshing and reminds me of summertime.

Recipe:

• sliced thin ¼ of English cucumber, washed
• Add to 2L Filtered water

I normally soak for 8-10 hours for best flavor; I don’t strain the cucumbers as they give a nice garnish in the glass. It normally can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

There are so many combinations that you can try, throw in a few handfuls of ice and try different combination of ingredients.

Apple + Cinnamon
Watermelon + Cilantro
Strawberry + Oranges
Blueberries + Lemon
