Here’s a great wellness tip, eat breakfast and be happy!

Put happiness at the top of your to-do-list by starting your day off with a perk-up breakfast. Eating breakfast gives you more energy and nutrients, but it is also a mood changer. Start your day with something that makes you feel good, like oats with honey, or whole grain toast with bananas and almonds, or eggs with veggies.
